What is the cost of living where you want to live?
I choose to live in Spain because it is where i’m going to be for about 10 years to achieve my dream jobs. For the first three years, I’m going to rent an apartment with one bedroom and one bathroom. The apartment that I found is €4,195. It is in Sant POL de Mar, which is close to StPOL university college (in Barcelona). It is only 5-10 minutes by bus or train, which the train is 15-20 minutes(walking) away from the apartment.

The utilities for living in Spain, Barcelona can cost around €100 – €150 for each month, depending on usage. For groceries it would roughly fall around €250 – €350 each month for a single person. Riding the train to the university is a reasonable price with monthly passes or multi – trip cards recommended. A comfortable, independent lifestyle likely requires a monthly budget of at least €4,695 including everything. The annually cost is estimated around €56,340.
